Add Staff Members

Adding your team to the LEAP! Learning platform is quick and easy. Your subscription level determines the number of users you can add and you choose their access level. You can make any user a Manager/Director or an Instructor. Your users access level provides them with a role-appropriate view when logged in.

Assign Courses to Staff and Add Your Own Skills

Once you have added your team, you can assign each staff member the courses you want them to complete. Every program has both Level Courses and Skill Courses. LEAP! is flexible and allows you to assign courses per user all at once or as you go. You can also add your own skills.  Standardizing your instructor skill and safety training has never been easier!

Every course in LEAP! has a Proficiency Assessment at the end of the course and you can monitor their progress as often as you like. This feature allows you to keep your finger on the pulse by providing you with snapshot views of your team’s assigned course progress and individual user progress reports.
